Privacy notice
Last updated October 9, 2026. This notice covers the public Kawsay website and first contact about a free process audit. Kawsay is led by Manuel Colmenares in South Florida. This site is for business operators and is not directed to children under 13. A software pilot needs a separate written data agreement before onboarding.
What we receive
If you email us at hello@getkawsay.com, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include. Please do not send customer records, payment details, passwords or account access in that first email. We will agree the audit scope and a safe way to share necessary records before requesting them.
How we use it
We use your contact information to answer your inquiry, schedule a conversation and prepare the audit you request. We do not use the contact form to connect to your inbox or payment accounts. The website has no analytics, session replay or advertising trackers.
Website question box
If you use the question box on our website, what you type is processed by a third-party AI service provider to draft an answer. Questions and answers are stored for up to 90 days so the founder can review what visitors ask and improve the site, then deleted. Email us at hello@getkawsay.com to ask for a question you submitted to be deleted sooner. Please do not include customer records, payment details, passwords or account access in a question.
Who can access it
The founder and authorized operators handling the inquiry may access audit correspondence. An AI assistant may read inquiry email and prepare draft replies for the founder, who reviews and sends every reply himself. Google Workspace hosts the email. Cloudflare Pages hosts the static site and receives ordinary web requests. We do not sell inquiry information.
Storage and requests
Audit correspondence remains in the business mailbox until it is no longer needed for the inquiry or required business records. Email us to request a copy, correction or deletion of information you sent. We will explain any record we must retain. Before any software pilot, we agree access, storage, subcontractors, export and deletion terms separately.
Media in a future pilot
Photo and voice capture are candidate features under review, not part of this public inquiry. If enabled for a pilot, recordings and images can contain client information and location metadata; retention and deletion rules must be agreed before use. An AI agent may assist the founder with drafts, while the business owner approves client-facing actions.
